Refund policy

Easy Returns! 

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn’t exactly what you were hoping for. That’s why we offer a 30-day Return Policy.

Return Period and Authorization

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Return authorization is required: To start a return, contact us at support@gallopervet.com with your order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Instructions: Once accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Conditions and Refund Specs

To be eligible for a refund, your item must arrive back at our distribution center in “Like New” condition.

  • Condition Defined: “Like New” means the item is unworn, unused, shows no visual signs of wear, and includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Inspection: Items returned with visual signs of wear or issues due to use will not be accepted, and no refund will be given.

Fees and Liability

  • Restocking Fee:  All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Return Shipping: The customer. Is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Risk of Loss: Galloper Vet is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the equipment.

Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. 

  • Shipping Damages: Damages must be noted immediately when signing for delivery. Send photos to support@gallopervet.com the day of delivery. 
  • Shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise is at Galloper Vet's cost.
  • Remember to keep all the original packaging for any item(s) that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized before beign processed. 
  • We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified in the warranty. 

Restocking Fee Waivers & Fairness Guarantee

The 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs are waived if the return is due to our error or a product issue:

  • Manufacture Defects: Reported within our 5-day inspection window
  • Shipping Damage: noted on the delivery receipt at the time of signature
  • Order Error: if we accidentally shipped the incorrect model or accessory.

Non-returnable items (Health and Safety Exclusions)

For the protection of our staff and customers, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Biological Exposure: Any equipment that has been exposed to biofluids, blood, or hazardous biological materials is strictly non-returnable.
  • Custom/Special Orders: Personalized items or specific vendor-restricted products
  • Sale Item & Certified Pre-Owned: Returns are not accepted on sale items, gift cards, or products specified as used/pre-owned.

Product Trials

Equipment trials are set for a mandatory 4-week period. Once a trial agreement is signed, the customer is responsible for the full 4-week fee. No pro-rated refunds are issued for early returns.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Order canceled after shipment follows our standard 30-day return policy, including the 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs
